Tribe's B Corp journey continues with an improved score
Being a B Corp is about continuous improvement. Every three years, certified B Corps complete a new B Impact Assessment (BIA) and verify their updated score in order to maintain certification. The BIA is a comprehensive tool and a powerful framework that helps businesses measure, manage and improve impact over time.
We’re proud to share that, on our most recent recertification, our B Impact Score increased by over 20% since our first certification in 2018.
Our B Corp journey began with a score of 134.7, rising to 141.7 at our first recertification – and now sits at 163.9. That’s more than double the 80 points required to qualify as a B Corp.
This progress reflects the continuous evolution of our impact work, and the steps we’ve taken to strengthen how we operate – from governance and transparency to how we assess and report on impact performance.
We look forward to our next recertification, which will be completed using the new B Corp standards announced earlier this year.
