We’re delighted to welcome Ajay to Tribe as our new Head of Charities.

Ajay will lead our charities team, working with charities across the UK to help them align their investments with both their financial objectives and wider mission. He is passionate about providing charities with a genuine and authentic approach to wealth management, combining financial outcomes with the opportunity to create meaningful real-world impact.

Ajay joins Tribe from CCLA, where he was a Client Investment Director. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Ruffer, including serving as Head of Charities and co-managing a multi-asset fund for UK charities.

Alongside his professional work, Ajay is a co-opted member of the investment committee for Maudsley Charity. He holds a BA in History & Sociology from the University of Warwick.

His experience working alongside charities, combined with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges they face, will be invaluable as we continue to work with charities across the UK.
