Only 14% of fund managers globally are women, a figure that hasn’t changed in 20 years.[1] To help address this, we used Nasdaq’s eVestment Diversity, Equity and Inclusion questionnaire to survey the asset managers we work with. This initiative revealed key insights about diversity practices at both the firm and fund team levels.
