About Rhodri
Rhodri is Chief Executive Officer at Tribe. He joined in June 2025, after nearly a decade at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), where he served as Chief Strategy and Product Officer, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chief Executive Officer of L&G’s unit trust business.
Rhodri is Chair of the Trustee Board at RedSTART Educate, a charity dedicated to teaching primary school children personal finance and measuring the positive impact this has on their lives. After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in social and political sciences, Rhodri gained over 25 years’ experience in financial services, including at M&G, BlackRock, Man Investments and Hermes Investment Management prior to L&G. Today, he lives in West London with his wife, three children and small cockerpoo dog.

Rhodri’s values are most closely aligned with sustainable world. In particular, Rhodri believes in solving the SDGs relating to nature and climate – Goal 14 (Life Below Water), Goal 15 (Life On Land) and Goal 13 (Climate Action). He is energised by the progress the world is starting to make in addressing these challenges and excited to lead a firm helping investors drive positive change.
