About Max

Max is an operations analyst for Tribe. He sits within the operations team and investment team. Within operations, he deals with the day-to-day running of the business and supports the wealth management team in fulfilling the needs of their clients. As part of the investment team, he assists with streamlining processes related to portfolio rebalances, trading, and performance calculations.

Max originally finished sixth form to complete an apprenticeship within Rothschild & Co’s wealth management division. Upon observing the growth in sustainable finance, Max returned to higher education where he completed a degree in ‘Global Sustainable Development and Business’. This interest in the overlap between sustainability and finance led him to Tribe.

Max’s values align with the sustainable ecosystems, recognising biodiversity’s vital role in supporting society’s living conditions. To achieve this sustainably, he advocates for protecting nature and minimising biodiversity loss, ensuring the preservation of essential resources for generations to come. In addition, Max emphasises the importance of addressing foundational needs like zero hunger, clean water, and well-being, reflecting Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
