About Maddie

Maddie is a Stewardship Analyst supporting the Impact team by monitoring and engaging with companies in Tribe’s portfolios to ensure best practices and effective impact. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in English Language and Literature. Before joining Tribe, Maddie worked at Tumelo, a pass-through voting organization, where she served as a proxy-voting researcher, writer, and analyst, and later transitioned to marketing. Maddie has developed a strong knowledge of stewardship issues and a passion for communicating them to professionals and investors.
