Veronica Uribe Restrepo

Veronica contributes to our impact management framework, supports the implementation of our Science Based Target (SBT), and helps analyse the impact of direct equities. Veronica holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management and Innovation (with distinction) from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from EIA University in Medellín, Colombia. She also earned a Certificate in Sustainable Finance: ESG and the Future of Finance from the University of Oxford. Before joining Tribe, Veronica was an ESG analyst at INVUR family office in Colombia. Prior to that, she spent five years at Bancolombia working towards financial inclusion and product development.

Veronica’s values are most closely aligned with Tribe Theme – Enterprise and Infrastructure, but she also has a particular interest in Goal 5 (gender equality). Veronica is a strong advocate for gender equality and believes in the power of a more equal and inclusive world, where we can work together to build the infrastructure for a sustainable future.
